FRIENDLY AND RELIABLE HOUSEMATE/S WANTED FOREST LAKE in ELLEN GROVE, Queensland for sale

I am looking for a housemate/s to share this great 4 bedroomed house.
The house has recently had new carpets, tiles, blinds, and kitchen appliances as well as new paint in the bedrooms (the common areas are currently being repainted as you can probably see from the photos).
There are fans in every bedroom as well as the lounge, and the house has security screens, alarm and an undercover patio. Although there are 4 bedrooms, one is used as a study so there is a choice of two rooms, both have built in wardrobes.
The house is fully furnished with the exception of the two spare bedrooms. There is a double garage with remote controlled door and there is also room to park on the driveway, so off-road parking is not a problem
I do have a dog, so although the house is pet friendly I would prefer no more pets ? my dog sleeps outside, but does come into the house daily.
The house is owned by my parents, and therefore they do visit on a regular basis, but never enter the bedrooms unless it is for the 3 monthly check or for pre-arranged maintenance.
The initial lease will be until 15th March 2014, but as long as things go ok a renewal of the lease should not be a problem. The rent will be $180 p/w for the bedroom and use of the furnished common areas plus $20 p/w for bills (electricity, water and unlimited ADSL2+ internet)
I am a young professional, self-sufficient, mature minded male, and am looking for someone who also has a mature outlook; who will be respectful of the house and share the housework ? I am also open to the possibility of two housemates in which case the rent and bills would be negotiated.
The property is about a 3 minute drive (10 minute walk) from the lake, 5 minute drive from the main Forest Lake shops (Aldi, Coles, Woolworth, Target etc); public transport to Richlands train station/Brisbane CBD is also within easy walking distance.
